RCGA offers a variety of workshops to assist people in learning to take responsibility for their life and physical body and how to apply universal principles to any area of their life. Kathy adds new workshops as intuitively guided.


Quantum for Body Maintenance

This 2.5 hour workshop is in lecture format. Kathy will discuss and demonstrate simple techniques for connecting to one's intuition and muscle testing, as well as explain basic quantum energy techniques to work with the spine and sinuses, and to check various bodily functions. Techniques for using quantum energy for manifestation will also be given. At the end of the workshop, Kathy will channel a group of spirit teachers for the class. Your Heart's Desire

This 10-week group workshop uses the book "Your Heart's Desire" by Sonia Choquette. Attendees are required to purchase Sonia's book, read and prepare weekly exercises. Class size is limited to 10 people to allow for more individual assistance. Kathy facilitates discussion and clarification of each principle and assists attendees in moving toward their heart's desire. At the end of each session, Kathy channels a group of spirit Teachers who guide the group in a meditation to effectively learn the principle of the week. View calendar for upcoming workshop dates.
